Workout of the Day
Every day we have a challenging workout waiting for you. Our trainers can modify or ramp up the intensity for you, depending on what phase of training you are in. We have CrossFit equipment, Athletic Performance kits, Boxing Gear and space, so classes are never the same. Come in for a HIIT (high intensity interval training) session, Boxing session or a HIRT (high intensity resistance training) session.
HHF Studio Gym
Our studio gym is equipped with everything you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you are mass gaining, increasing your strength and lean muscle or looking to perform explosive, athletic training options, our studio gym has what you need.
HHFSHRED started when our early members discovered they could push their physical activity levels up a lot more. We responded with a SHRED programme that includes heavy lifting, cardio and HIIT. Workouts are written specifically for an individual, with a dedicated trainer overseeing their 6 week programme.

We have two calendars of workshops available. One for improving your training and mobility in the gym / Hub. A second for up and coming Personal Trainers wanting to learn and understand how to run their own business.
Monthly Whānau Fitness
Life is not weight loss it's health gain and education savvy
We have set up a social monthly "work up" challenge doing Mt Vic (walk/run) so that when it comes to the whanau fitness challenge at the end of this year or beginning of next, we can really smash it! From time to time, we may change it up a little and throw in some "free of charge" reps of whatever exercise we are feeling in the moment!
